   All brand messages route to your agency inbox by default. Reply on behalf of your talent. Share their direct contact details when you're ready to continue the conversation directly.

• What's the difference between agency-managed talent and invited creators?+

  Agency-managed talent are profiles you create directly: no Fuelify login for the creator, no email required, and you own and manage everything (bio, photos, social handles, contact). Brand messages always route to you. Invited creators are independent creators with their own Fuelify accounts who accepted your invitation to be on your roster. They can edit their own profile and (depending on routing settings) reply to brand messages themselves.
• Can my talent have their own profile and still be on my agency page?+

  Yes, that's the 'invited creator' path. They sign up, build their own profile, accept your invitation, and appear on your public agency page while keeping control of their own account.
• How does message routing work?+

  Three modes per membership: • Agency only (default for agency-managed talent): brand message goes to the agency inbox. Talent never sees it. • Creator only: message goes to the creator's inbox. Agency doesn't see it. • Both inboxes: both you and the creator see the message and can reply. You control this per creator from the roster page.
• How much does Fuelify cost for agencies?+

  Agencies run on a subscription based on roster size: Starter (BHD 100/mo, up to 10 creators), Growth (BHD 250/mo, up to 30), or Partner (BHD 500/mo, unlimited), each plus VAT. We onboard founding agencies with early access first, and you'll always get notice before billing begins.
• Can I bulk-add talent?+

  Not yet. Add one at a time via the roster page. Bulk import is on the roadmap if it becomes a real bottleneck for a specific agency.
• Do I need to verify my agency?+

  No formal verification at launch. Agencies sign up the same way as brands and creators. We monitor for misuse and remove bad actors based on complaints.
• Will Fuelify take commission on bookings my talent get through the platform?+

  No. Fuelify is a directory and messaging layer. All bookings happen directly between you and the brand. We never see or touch the money.
